Had a 100 carb day and enjoyed it immensely!!!!!! No guilt! Still came in at about 1050 calories. Felt great finally getting some carbs. Tomorrow, back to trying to stay under 50...but to enjoy a banana again, was definitely "worth it". :)

That is wonderful! So you are doing a low carb diet? This is day one for me on this web cite... I just joined, and I have take in 1040 calories. I was looking through the recipes and there are some very good ideas. Keep up the good work!! I have always said that bananas are the fountain of youth! My Daddy ate them every day... several times a day.. died at 89..

LOL - bananas...I totally understand that one! I think getting 1/2 an apple is a huge deal!

Yeah! Sometimes I get-what I call "Carb-starved!" I can feel it when my body needs some Carbs. I am glad that you enjoyed yourself! :) URBUDDY~Ann
