Progress! The scales finally gave way after 3 weeks...

Instead of obsessing about the scale, I moved away from it for the entire week and just focus on running as many miles as I could - 16.5 miles and had kept my calories within budget.

Normal BMI here I come!

Thanks all! Hi Glen :) try fartlek - burst sprint with walks in between. It builds speed as opposed to the regular ran which only builds endurance. Hope this helps.

Amazing! I too shy away from the scale. I get too frustrated when there are a ton of factors that influence your weight at any given time.
