Re-energize's Journal, 23 February 2015

Slow but sure, and I think that is good it will stay off, have not been posting but the exercise is something I do and stick to my Atkins reasonably well, when I go out I may go off slightly but not crazy...
I will get to my goal weight no matter how long it takes..I am sure of that.
A promise I made myself..and I do keep my promises..lol..

Thank you charm4u and Kelly, I am following the Atkins plan, I am on phase 2 right now and just try to stick to it as closely as I can, sometimes difficult especially when eating out...I find if you follow it as suggested you are not hungry and don't crave food or wrong foods should I say...the only this I find hard is not being able to eat my requirements in calories..I should be 1500 to 1800 cals per day and I find it hard to get there with what they say I should be eating...sometimes I get close to 1500 but never to 1800...I have been at this since May 25th 2014...and down 42 lbs..

Thanks Deb, your the one who inspires me to keep going...I see your success and that sure makes a difference when you know someone has made it to their goal weight and that is such an accomplishment..very proud of you!
