Happy New Year to all my Fat secret friends, I have not been on here since December 15th...it has been a rough time and still not so great.
My Dad turned 92 on Dec. 14th and ended up in hospital a couple days after and we all have been told by the Doctor he is not going home...He is working on only 1 valve in his heart and his kidneys,lungs,liver are shutting down, he is very swollen,legs etc...they are keeping him as comfortable as they can, It has not been a festive time for us but we are all OK..
Dad is in Gods hands now and we just wait and ask God to be merciful and not let him suffer....this was to let you know why I was not posting etc.
I have not weighed in but know I have not gained if any to much...
I am focused right now on family and will regain the desire to continue with my progress soon...Hope all had a wonderful Christmas and wishing you all a great New Year with awesome results....
