Struggling to stick with it but I have no problem doing this WOE. I actually really like the lifestyle changes I have made to my eating habits.

I do fine throughout the day but come evening time I seem to let things slide away when the family is eating dinner. Going to make a point of hitting the treadmill in the evenings when those times come upon me.
