So still struggling to make changes more habit than effort. Start out do good at the beginning of each day, come midday I'm relaxing my vigilance because so far I'm doing good and by evening completely out the window.
Not even going to try to rationalize that I may have ended bad each day but it wasn't the total disaster my old ways of eating caused. It's still not what it needs to be to create a healthier and happier me.
No change in weight this week but found a lot of weaknesses in my plan so I guess there are some good points but not going to lie and say that I would love to see the scale moving! SOON!
