Got insomnia last night, only slept for 2 hours, i think it might be the diet change that triggered it, none the less i feel really energetic today hopefully i'll feel like this all day.

Even when I am on a diet, I notice if on accident I get less than my typical 8-9 hours of sleep I sometimes have more energy..strange eh?

Yeah it is strange, but if it happens again tonight i doubt i'll get that spur of energy again

very true. you cannot go on too long without good sleep. try avoiding any caffeine near bed time
