Gonna start eating between 1200-1500 calories a day, also gonna start going to the gym 3 to 5 days a week.

Thanks man, yeah i t can be pretty tough to run on low calories, that why i think i'll up 300 calories every third day

When I started off, I journaled my food for 1-2 weeks without "dieting" to see HOW MUCH/HOW MANY calories I was consuming and then I gradually reduced the calorie intake by 100-200 calories a week until I got down to 1200-1400/day. It really helped make it easy to start eating less without being deprived. Good luck!!!
