Way up this morning after the weekend. :(
160.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know!! I think tge sodium has really blasted me over the weekend. :/

Yeah, you didn't gain 4 lbs so no need to worry. Just keep drinking water and refrain from sodium for a few days and you should see that decrease.
