Note to self....less glasses of wine = less calories!!!
223.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

899 kcal Fat: 17.34g | Prot: 83.00g | Carb: 72.71g.   Breakfast: green tea, apple. Lunch: kraft light asian dressig, tomato, Pinot grigio wine, cucumber, bell pepper, blue cheese crumbles, green onion, chicken breast, lettuce. Dinner: chicken, salad greens, kraft asian dressing, bell pepper, red pepper tomato soup, tomato, Onions, cucumber. Snacks/Other: Bananas, strawberries, light whipped cream, Jell-O Sugar-Free Gelatin. more...
