Note to self....less glasses of wine = less calories!!!
223.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

899 kcal Fat: 17.34g | Prot: 83.00g | Carb: 72.71g.   Breakfast: green tea, apple. Lunch: chicken breast, lettuce, green onion, cucumber, blue cheese crumbles, bell pepper, tomato, kraft light asian dressig, Pinot grigio wine. Dinner: salad greens, chicken, tomato, Onions, bell pepper, cucumber, red pepper tomato soup, kraft asian dressing. Snacks/Other: Jell-O Sugar-Free Gelatin, light whipped cream, strawberries, Bananas. more...
