I know! its horrible! I think last year in sept/oct I just started eating all the wrong stuff again. But I have had to own up it, I have joined the gym and now recording all my food again. Feeling positive :)

Thank you for your support! I am super stressed this week, mum going into hospital for cancer surgery, I cant even think straight! But still going to the gym and counting my calories (and not smoking)!
