Actually got my butt out the door at 6:05, walked 2.5 miles and took me about an hour. FS doesn't have a 2.5 mph designation so I split the difference at 2 and 3 for half the time. Had all intentions of starting to jog part of the time but was concerned I wouldn't get back lol. Eventually. I miss how I felt when I was fit (well, fitter than this). If I can remember that, it should help. It also helps to realize I have a dr appt Monday (Yikes!) and a date Friday (woohoo!) with a new friend. Both are EXCELLENT motivation lol.
My dad will be here a week from Saturday for a couple weeks and we tend to play off each other with food and movement in a good way. He's seriously more active than I am so he slows down and I speed up and then if he has excess energy later, he goes again harder to drain the Energizer Bunny in him. :)
Hope you all have a good day!
