I have dropped 3 pounds in five days. I worry that it is all water weight but then again I haven't eaten any fried foods, no burgers, no sweetened drinks. With an easy extra forty pounds on me maybe this is real weight-loss. It isn't enough to see or feel, my clothes don't fit differently but I am encouraged by the numbers. I am thrilled to use the food log as a meal planner. I type in what I want, look at what it adds up to and swap out anything I can do without if it is high in fat or carbs---unless I REALLY want it. I ended last night stuffed on broiled cabbage with broiled white fish and a cup of steamed broccoli but had only taken in 963 calories all day so..... I had an icecream bar when I got back from my evening walk. Feeling motivated! Now I am going to dust off the elliptical......
