Update: Today is day 3 of our egg fast. Hubs has joined me. He's had an amazing three days. He's averaging a 2 lb loss EACH DAY. So he is down from 221 to 215.6 lbs. I've gone from 207.4 to 204.6 lbs. 2.8 lb loss. Tomorrow is our last day. I HOPE I can lose 1 more lb. On the menu today is 2 fat coffee's made with HWC, and butter and 6 eggs, with 6 T of butter. Hubs hates coffee so instead of coffee for him he gets 1 ounce of cheese with each serving of two eggs with butter. The only withdrawal he is having is he wishes he could drink Coke. Just today and one more day to go and we can have 3 normal feed days. Then we do this all over again.

Deborah, Are you eating "normally" on the other days or are you still trying to stick to some other type of diet.

Losing68 on my feed "normal" days I'm doing low carb (20 or less) and shooting for 90 protein, 90 fat or close to that. My calories vary from 1300-1700.
