Ok, so I changed my goal weight. I've been thinking about why I chose that number, and I've been doing a little research on what my healthy body shouldweigh and here's what I've decided.

My body fat percentage, according to my Omron, is about 32%. That means approximately 110 pounds of me is lean body weight. I'm aiming for approximately 21% body fat (the lower end of the "fitness" range), which, according to my calculations, puts me at 144 pounds as my goal. That will leave me with about 16 pounds of body fat, which seems to be in the healthy range considering visceral fat, brain fat, etc.

So, that's where I am. That leaves me 18 pounds to go, which seems totally doable. I'm incredibly happy with my body right now. I love all of me--arms, thighs, butt, face, everything-- EXCEPT my gut. I can't imagine I have more than 18 pounds of gut left to lose, so this seems reasonable and healthy and not obsessive and anorexic.

I'm pleased.
