ok, trying to be fairly good is not working. I went up over weekend and it wont drop back down. last night I had training at fire dept so didn't have time to stop and eat after work. someone brought a thing of cookies. yes I ate a couple but kept it reasonable. I didn't eat the entire box as I wanted :) ill keep going a while longer but something has to give.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What works for me to reverse a quick gain is limiting carbs/calories/sodium and drinking lots of water. Keep at it, it's less than half a pound, you can get it back off!
