Bummer, weight hasn't moved. :( A little discouraging. But typical for my metabolism and age I guess. We leave on a mini vacation on Saturday. Hopefully, I won't undo what I've started. I need to stay mentally focused and well as physically focused.

You can do it! Hang in there! Make a game out of it -- to see how much FUN you can have on your mini vacation while eating healthy, working exercise into your travel routine, and drinking all of your water. We traveled across the country three times this past spring to follow our son'd college sports teams. I exercised more during our travel than I had at home. It was a big experiment to see what kinds of healthy foods I could find at the unfamiliar restaurants where we ate. again - YOU CAN DO IT!

Is your diet journal 100% accurate? If so I have several suggestions but don't want to bother you if it isn't accurate. As far as traveling goes, I always found that's when I eat the best. Yes, the best. You have a whole menu to chose from. You have V8 at almost every store. You have so much variety and almost every place has a light and healthy section of their menu. Before leaving, check out calorie king to see what your best choices are for some of those fast food places you stop at. Sometimes it isn't the salad that's your bet choice! Be prepared and you'll kick butt. Best wishes to you, you can do it.

Hi there...yes, I have been writing down everything I eat and drink. Except for the tea and coffee I drink but I don't add milk or sugar. Thanks and I'll check out calorie king.
