I am a 5'1" 135 pound English teacher in my early fifties who has lost over forty pounds by following the South Beach plan. I have re-gained a few of those pounds.
I have been happily married for 31 years and I have a grown family. My husband is a retired coach who is very active and my son is a college athlete who is completing his final semester of school.
My husband and I are approaching our retirement years and we are working together to stay healthy.
The last five-to-ten pounds of my weight loss are tough to keep off. I would like to push my weight range so that I weigh between 125 and 130 instead of weighing between 135 and 140.
I am active and healthy but I need some support and interaction to stay on track. I like to exercise by using a variety of activities such as walking, moderate jogging, pilates toning, skipping rope, working out with Jillian and Denise Austin, riding bikes, and a little dog paddling in the pool! He-he-he-he!
I am excited about re-connecting with Fat Secret via some informative exchanges! This is my SECOND go-around with Fat Secret. Let's have an awesome Fat Secret Experience!
