Just trying to get some ideas. I am getting back into the routine of being active. I have been walking on the treadmill about 4-5 days a week. However, I was wondering what is the best form of exercise to shed pounds. I would like to add weights especially for my arms and upper body strength but unsure where to start. Any ideas would be great. Thanks!
