More almost good choices. Grilled chicken from Wendy's instead of crispy, but still fries and a frosty. 2 tacos from TB, could have been 0, but still better than 3.
I realize this post makes it seem like I eat a lot of fast food :) maybe I do some, but I don't think it's a lot. But also, maybe that's my problem, that I don't realize how much this might be a problem.
Huh.
So anyways. I'll take the babysteps, keep seeing the little wins as the wins they are, and progressively give myself better wins.
