Because I promised myself I would try to write an entry every day.
Today sucked!! I don't know why, it just did. Last night wasn't great, I got a few pieces of sad news. None of which are super connected to me, but sad all the same. I just wanted to EAT today. But after lunch instead of making some horribly callorieific snack at home, I loaded up on water. (go me)
I did end up having a bigger dinner than my budget allowed for. In reality I ate more breakfast/lunch than I normally do, but I didn't correct with dinner. I just needed food.
I am frustrated today, but I also know that's dumb. 10 days, I'm not going to have won the war yet.
Tomorrow is another day.
