I knew I was going to miss an evening with a journal entry eventually - last night I was just tired, so yay for sleep.
How do I feel after the full first week. I feel...fine? I am pleased that I am ramping up the intensity of my workouts. I am pleased that I feel like I am generally sticking to 16:8 as well as my calories. I'm not sure the calorie level I have set is low enough, but I'm not going to judge that yet. I think I need to get into a good rhythm of succeeding at 2100 before I reduce it.
I'm probably drinking a little too much diet coke - mostly I have a couple cans a day, which isn't terrible, but when I go out it's kind of my not-water go-to right now. I honestly prefer to drink whole milk, I like the whole foods, full fats/proteins and such, but a tall glass of ice cold whole milk just kills the calorie count.
