Seven.
Week one. I'll probably weigh myself tomorrow, but will only record it if it's a loss. I think that helps me focus on the positive and work for the next time I get to record a weight.
Today was good? Lunch was way under the cals I expected. Not enough fats to sustain me to dinner, but still pretty filling. Dinner was another simple meal - and dessert was awesome.
I feel satisfied, it's a nice feeling.
