I seem to keep finding a lot of easy opportunities to over eat. Pool nights at the bar, BBQ, tomorrow it'll be lunch with a friend who needs comfort. I know 6 days isn't long in this battle of mine, but I feel like it's too many days out of too many days where I'm gentle on myself for going over. I will need to be tougher to do this. I'll keep working on that.
My non-documented workouts have been going well - at least if my amoubt of sweat is any measurement. It's still almost entirely cardio, and I know the advice about lifting, but I also know if you take advantage of what's working for you, and right now I'm enjoying the treadmill. So we tread and don't judge.
