YMCA Scale:185 Home Scale:184.3

So far did great this week worked out Mon after work & Tues. - Fri. I worked out in the mornig before work. Im gonna check the scale at the YMCA when I go 2day after work have to say if I see good number's I'll be having fried chicken for dinner 2nite
186.0 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Go with the home scale. Everything is sweeter at home! I would like some liver and gizzards myself!

This is not meant as critical but what if you rewarded your good week with something besides food? Get your nails done, buy yourself flowers, get a message, go to a movie, etc. Why fried chicken? It could keep you stuck in the food cycle...

@ HBC None taken I like all comments hair nails flowers movies etc. I already do also I think right now I'm just working out to eat beside I love fried chicken

Life is to be savored like good food and wine every now and then. And you are still moving the scale in the right direction. Good for you Laque! As for me, I have had a good past week with getting more sleep and slowly getting my calories back in check. Plus, FINALLY getting into my 30 minute weight training session's in three times a week. Keep up the good work my friend! ((HUGS))
