2nd pool night (I play 2 nights a week). So 2 consecutive challenge days where I'm in the office and then out at a bar. I tried to overestimate lunch - buffet portions are more difficult to assess.
So far I feel good, I know it's day 3. I'm getting into a good rhythm with drinking water (I know I don't record it on here - I don't know how much it is, I fill my water bottle with ice and water. When I need to stand up, I fill it more). Tomorrow will be a different challenge, I'm working from home. 2 work days coming where I have to figure out how to dodge the fridge.
