Okay, this does not count as my journal entry for the day (trying to do them reflective at the end of the day) - this is thoughts on that number.
No, I didn't lose 10 lbs in 2 days. 321 is the number I remember last seeing before I joined FS again. On my drive in this morning, I was trying to remember where/when and went to brush an errant hair from my arm but IT WAS A SPIDER. So there's no way I'm going to remember it now.
Last time I had good success, this is the pattern I followed:
Only record the losses. I will weigh myself more regularly, but at least for a while, I'll llonky document the wins. Only record food. I am working out, it's something I enjoy, but I find the trackers tend to be too calorie-generous for the workouts, and I don't want to get a false sense of extra burn. Record all the food. Unapologetically.
And this time, I jeed to just keep going. Don't stop because of a plateau, don't stop because of good success, don't stop because I think I should be able to do this without recording food. Don't stop, don't stop, don't stop.
