Definitely tougher today. It was one of those where I just felt hungry all day. I did not make great choices with snacks, and then the sprite with dinner, mehhhh. I'm still just starting, I'm not expecting to be perfect right away. I'm not expecting to be perfect ever - but will keep working to get to a better balance.

Oh Hun. Been there done that. I started at 340, hate any diet food, substitute food (carob, plant based meat 🤢) etc. Most of the diet foods will put me in the hospital, major allergy to nutrasweet and any fake sugar. I got a sip of diet mt Dew a few weeks ago. My mouth went numb and then I started vomiting. Wtf? Only then did I read the label. 😔 I started eating half a serving of anything I wanted. Part of the prob is the sheer size of portions. The weight started dropping off. Spent a week eating nothing but oranges. Then a month eating bunny food. All the while reading books on nutrition. No clue how, what or how much to eat. My momma always told me to clear my plate. No candy, cookies, cake or pie. Why was I so FAT (115 lbs and 5 foot 6 at 12 is fat)? Of course she had bread n butter, potatoes, something fried, probably corn, and majorly over boiled veg at every meal. 4 starches, 2 veg and a fried meat, all greasy or huge pot of spaghetti. No herbs or spices for flavor but a shit ton of salt. Oh well. I own my vices, dairy anything, RPBCs, ice cream etc. Not a diet anything in the bunch. I'm losing. Slowly but I feel great. I just watch the calories, Keep my protein up and move as much as possible, cream every bit of me every day (helps the skin shrink along with me). Yes, going to the mailbox counts. As does vacuuming. Whatever. I put a CD on and DANCE several times a week and I'm adding a stationary bike starting Monday. Will add hand weights in a couple weeks. Slow but steady. Support and bumps up!!!!
