Ok its freezing outside ,, below freezing and trying to convince myself to head to gym.. any words of support?to help get me out of my warm house... THANKS

Sorry but I despise the cold so I vote you stay in your warm house and turn on some great music and dance, dance, dance!!! It's exercise right? Grab a couple cans of beans or something from the cabinet and do curls with them! Sorry- that may not be the motivation you were looking for. Did I mention how much I hate the cold?

Ok so iforced my self out to the gym and was glad i did ! got a quick 30 m and i felt great about it

Freezing here to, get the heat on in the car, know the gym will be warm, and you'll feel great after the workout!

A plus to the cold weather....we burn more calories just to maintain BMR when it's colder. :)

Thanks Ayngel .. keep it coming ! we are no longer strangers.. The gym was nice and warm and once i got there the combo of pantera and micheal jackson on my ipod got me moving

Well you inspired me. I was going to put off getting to the treadmill until tomorrow, but I thought about what you said and how good it felt afterward. I remembered that feeling and I want that feeling back. So I ended up putting 40 minutes in on the treadmill. I only wish I had more time to give- but I will be sure to get back out there tomorrow. Thanks for the motivation!
