Just sent you back a message... but was thinking to tell you... I have a cousin, that is - or WAS - right where you are w/ some med's issues, some health concerns, and weight issues (almost the same as you.) She moved over from Atkins to Nutrisystem, and is down 25 lbs in 6 weeks time!!! Now, I know they are pricey, etc... but they are now built on the glycemic index and moderately low fat. Just thinking that info might help you as you look to make a change. :)

jsfantome: just saw your reply, sorry so late... if Atkins doesn't play fair this time Nutrisystem will be my next move (they deliver right to the door through a vendor that we use). Thx again for thinking of me! :)
