Ahh, I can feel my belly going down. Thank goodness. Only the second day of 2015 and already down to my lowest weight of last year 175.8. That feels great. Many more days of smoothies to come.
175.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My green smoothie this morning was: kale, pear, apple, pb, yogurt, protein powder, cinnamon and coconut milk. And yummy!
