Today the sky is so blue w/big puffy clouds passing by (ok... thunder clouds) ... so beautiful... I think I will go on an early walk before it begins to rain and my grandkidlings (5, 8, 12) get out of school.
Exercise Update: I feel so much better after 1/2 hr walk! Hope to do that again after dinner!
Weather Update: OK which one of you gals sent the tornado weather to my sunny CA? LOL! Glad I got my walk in early, the weather is scary looking; wind, humidity, thunder showers, and chance of hail. So much for the hot 90's we just had...
