fatihaji02's Journal, 23 December 2014

For a while now, things have been tough...what came so naturally to me before...i.e. self control; is now such a mission...I have reached the first stage of my goals this year (going back to my lightest weight i.e. grade 10 weight) - blessed indeed ...I just need some tweaking here and there...1) no more junk food - like none! 2) three proper meals - smallest one of course being dinner 3) house work will be my new form of exercise (with 0.5 kg ankle weights)...I want to enjoy this new lifestyle - I mean if you not enjoying it then what's the point? no?

There's no point at all if you don't enjoy it - I agree with you. Why not take it easy on yourself (headwise) for a few days and then get mega disciplined before New Year so you start 2015 on a discipline high? PS Love your idea about ankle weights for housework - double bonus :)

My boyfriend decided that he will start walking with ankle weights for exercise so he walked to my place which is 5km / 3miles away. He was so tired until he got to my house he just left them here and never took them back and that was years ago LOL. Just don't walk far with them ;-) Just eat really healthy and you will be full so you won't have cravings and everything will be much easier.

Mmmh - you've got me thinking now - I have some 0.5kg ones in a cupboard somewhere too - I might haul them out in the new year and try that too.
