Rockiesfan's Journal, 19 December 2014

Well no loss this week but hey that is okay. I have really been having a hard time lately motivating myself to do my workouts I have been feeling sick in the mornings, maybe I should go back to the spoon of honey or it could be all the pain, for those who don't know I have a fake knee, screws in my foot, a cage in my neck c2-c7, lots of degenerative arthritis just years of being wore down in the Army.

Or maybe I'm getting lazy who know, but I will figure it out. Happy Friday everyone

I don't think you can be called lazy. With everything you have going on physically, the fact that you don't spend your days on the couch is motivation for the rest of us. Rather than honey, consider having a spoonfull of Almond butter when you get up in the morning. That might give you the boost that you need to help you feel better. The protien would last longer than the carbs but will take a little longer in your system before you feel it.
