Friday - Yoga X (speed version)

REFLECTIONS OF AN OBESE CHICK:
Well, THANK GOODNESS I had to answer the call of nature at 6:08am this morning!!! Alarms were set for 5:15am, and either we didn't hear 2 alarms or they didn't go off. Of course it would fall on YogaX day...1hour and 30 minutes. Got up quickly...remember we're now officially one hour behind schedule! We did our normal modifications, and skipped the moves after Twisted Triangle....and restarted at Tree Pose. Skipped Royal Dancer. Seems like we may have skipped another....had short interlude to take the dog out to the bathroom...around bridge pose. Still got in a good hour and 5 minutes of stretches...a quick shake for breakfast and forget the shower. Dressed quickly and out the door!! (Did remember my coffee this morning though!)
