REFLECTIONS OF AN OBESE CHICK: Saturday we didn't have anywhere to be really early, so we slept in. Huge mistake. Forgot workout 1.15 workout long. So lots of doing our reps (10) and fast forwarding to the next move. ARX we did the whole thing in the right time slot. Also in the leg workout, our dog started throwing up, so the workout intensity was not nearly what it normally is. Sunday - our arms were sore. Making some of the intensity of the punches hard to keep up. Lots of breaks!! Monday - so glad today is a rest day. Slept in till 7:15am. It was wonderful. Still could sleep. Still fighting sinus issues. Was going to take dog to vet today but he pooped wwwwwwaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy in the pasture. So I have no idea if he still has diarrhea or not.
