REFLECTIONS OF AN OBESE CHICK:Still fighting a cold...drinking alot of water. Tried doing the biceps with the red resistant band (not as bad as the Advocare RB). Worked on form vs quantity. Started strong and on some moves, finished strong. Others? Not so much.
