Yesterday was a surprisingly down day for me. I lost any motivation to get up and do anything so I didn't. Today has been a bit better though motivation is still hard to come by. I am trying though. I wish I had a significant loss and kept it at the number...but I know that I haven't been eating right so it's effected any efforts. I should be better about this...I know I CAN be better about this. So why is it so hard to do? I generally don't shy away from change...in fact, I usually embrace it but why is changing my eating habits not one of them? Today, my stomach hurts so I am going to try and eat lightly. Maybe it will help. I have also been having those same kinds of pain that I had when I had pancreatitis so...I need to work harder on getting the Celiac's diagnosis because if it is gluten causing it...then it will force me to change my eating habits. I know that most probably think that I should just give it up. Well you see...from the research I did, it said not to do that because they are looking for something specific. So...I am waiting till I get the diagnosis.

There is some light at the end of all this hard work though aside from all the weight loss and toning up and shit. I am planning on in 2 years, having enough money and having my credit fixed to where I can move from Cali. I don't like it here. I need a change of scenery. So...I am thinking of moving to Texas. I have a few friends there that could help me out in terms of looking for places and such so I think that is the best option for me at this point.

Daily Summary
*Focus T25: Speed 1.0 was confusing for me. I mean, I did my best but some of those moves were sooo hard for me. Maybe it's because I am a little uncoordinated lol! It was difficult but I still got a decent burn from it.

Plank: 40 second plank...omg!! I made it through but wow! My core worked hard for that! I can definitely tell that I am building up more core strength though with is awesome! Now let's hope the Focus T25 will burn the fat that covers those abs lol!!

Arre - sorry to hear that you are in pain and having a downer on motivation this week. I hope you'll be back to your normal self soon. I hope you don't mind me commenting but I looked at your food intake for the day and I wonder if your stomach pains would go if you ate more natural foods? My daughter suffers with stomach pains and suspected gluten intolerance (going to get her tested to know for sure when we go back to the UK next month). When she eats natural (nothing with a brand name or a label) she is pain-free. Not easy for a teenager but she hates the pains so she tries her best to stick to it. Hope you have a great day today and no pain! x kelly x

Oh I agree...I have been trying to get an appt with my doctor so I can get tested. It's been...rather frustrating when they tell me to call back the next day only to do so and be told that I have to call back in two days because my dr is all booked up. Guess that is what you deal with when dealing with county I suppose.
