Woke up feeling rather...melancholy. Not too sure why either but yeah. Today has had a rough start to it with being woken up too early and then Piper being super cranky which meant that all I could do was hold and console her. I wasn't able to get my workout in this morning but I am going to try around 2 pm when there isn't really anything on TV. I did eat some lunch and I like to think that I didn't make a completely horrible decision...but I do know it was too high in carbs. It was soooo delicious though.
Maybe if I work out, it will motivate me more to try and finish my goals today. I suppose we will see. I will try my best to update this tonight.
