Hello everyone.....Good day today. Lost 2.2 lbs this week!! Have broken into the next 10 lb increment. Am now in the 230's and heading for the 220's. My first 100 lb loss is looming closer :) Can't wait!! The biggest MAJOR goal of getting below 200 is actually within belief!!! I saw a friend yesterday that hadn't seen me in awhile and she was amazed at how much thinner I was. That was gratifying, but I wish I could be happier about how I look. There is so much hanging skin already and I don't know if I'll be able to live with that if I can't find a way to have plastic surgery. I don't let myself worry about it too much right now or it could derail me. I'll worry about it when I'm down to the weight the plastic surgeon set.
Anyway, hope everyone had a good loss this week and, if not, don't lose heart.
