I'm halfway there. omg.
265.2 lb Lost so far: 74.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I started 5 months ago and I have basically lost close to 45 pounds. I can't believe it's averaging 9 pounds a month. This is just fantastic.
