Managing this diet is fairly easy as I seriously am diligent in logging but I am noticing the Atkins flu taking over 2 weeks in. I also noticed my food choices are giving me a higher reading of sodium. Todays was up over 5000. Had to tweak that quickly for the rest of the days menu. I do my menu first up at the crack of dawn to stay on track. I am releasing water normally so there is no retention but Im wondering it this is causing me issues. So for now I will pay attention to what I am eating with the salt content. Switched over to the low sodium bacon trying to balance proteins and fats and not go over the Net carb limit. Its doable I need to research different recipes to add variety. Feeling sluggish today but its a crappy rainy day outside.. Either way its gonna be a great day Gonna up my water and see if this helps

You do better than me. I dont plan like you do. So, I sometimes go over (sometimes under). I hope all your work pays off and you get the sodium levels under control :)

me also I feel so blah today. Lightheaded but its more than likely the Atkins flu... going to drink a cup of Unsweetened Almond milk and add water today to see how it goes. Got on the elliptical lasted 3 minutes lol what a wooosie. I had to dust it off first :) Im going to attempt maybe 15 minutes on the treadmill. Later not at this point.

I looked at your last few meals and I think you should be eating 12-15 carbs in veggies. Try eating more veggies and drink some chicken broth for Atkins flu and try drinking at least 8 glasses of water. Eating fat is a good idea too. Good luck!
