I don't put a lot of stock in BMI. However, with that being said, today I am officially no longer obese. I am now part of the overweight (BMI= 29.9) - if I drink a glass of water I would cross back over.

Today is my first 5k in about 25 years. I am nervous (I have family and friends who will be there) and excited.
