If you are just starting on the Atkins program, I would not recommend the frozen dinners, bars or shakes. Just eat real food! Lots of good quality, lean protein (chicken, steak, pork) and leafy green veggies, although squash is good too and some avocado. You can even have some cheese. There are some great low carb recipes out there. FS has quite a database, as well as Atkins or Pinterest. Just google low-carb recipes and see what comes up. Good Luck Smile

Wii Fit Plus
I love my Wii! WiiFit & WiiFit Plus are least it gets me off the couch. I have EA Sports Active, More Active & Active 2. They are really great programs...some of the work outs are challenging. I figure something is better than nothing, so why not have some fun while you get a little fitness!
