mars2kids's Journal, 03 November 2014

First of all I want to say a big Thank you!!! to those who commented on my Friday journal. It's always nice to know that you're not the only one going through something. My daughter ended up going trick or treating with one of the neighbor kids who she didn't think was going to go, but he went with her, what a good guy. :) They are a year apart in age (he's younger), so it may not have been her ideal scenario, but she still had a good time and got to go get some candy. I was so happy that she went out. It was the first year I didn't go with either of my kids trick or treating and I'm not gonna lie, it was hard, but that's part of them growing up I guess.

On the food and exercise front, I'm still not doing well. I tell myself that I need to eat better and exercise, but I'm not doing it. I've had a headache for what seems like forever now, and that hasn't helped. It will get better, then worse, and it's just been up and down. I'm staying hydrated, so I know it's not that, but I think it's my allergies still kicking my butt. When I have a headache and feel like I'm going to throw up when I move, exercise is the last thing on my mind. Hopefully with the weather changing and harvest finishing up my head will clear up soon. Even though I'm not exercising like I should I can still eat better, so I need to work harder on that, especially when I'm not exercising.

I hope everyone else is doing well and meeting their goals!! Have a great Monday!

Glad to hear your daughter got out and had fun! My son went trick or treating this year too, and it was his first time (he's 4 and a half). I took him over to my friend's house and he went out with her 2 little girls and had a good time! I hope your headache clears up and you feel better!
