Greetings Buddies!
Wow - it seems I missed a couple days here. We had our anniversary dinner at home on October 31st, then on November 1st our friends had a surprise dinner at their home!
It was small tapas tasting plates but six courses paired with specialty wines. I seldom drink so my wine tastings were just a splash for each course. The foods were artfully prepared and presented beautifully.
I am completely not used to dining in such a way - it was superb and I did not feel like I over ate. It was too difficult to log, though.
And then Sunday our other friends cooked for us at their home! Yikes...three days in a row out of my food zone.
I completed five workouts over six days at OrangeTheoryFitness so I earned my HELL WEEK T-shirt. Woo-Hoo! Not sure when it will arrive...
Although I exercise regularly, my food - even on good days - is probably not working well as I have not lost any weight in a long time. I feel well and strong, but I have clothes I was wearing that I cannot wear now. Boo!
I need a restructure, I believe. So I lowered my RDI to 1350 today. Another chemistry experiment is in the making!
The new word of the week is MODERATION.
I am dedicated, determined, and diligent.
