it's fantastic! Low in fat (exept for the cheese^^) with lots of vitamins from the potato, tomato and spinach :) also super easy to make since you just put it in the oven and wait for it to finish

Do you dice the sweet potato or is it mashed?
I am trying so hard to like them since they have tons of health benefits but the only way i eat them is with cinnamon and marshmallow....

I just cut them in half and bake them. If you don't like them don't eat them love. There are so many vitamins in different food. Normal potatoes are super healthy too! Humans could live of potato only (supplemented with just milk or butter^^ )
