Paketbote's Journal, 30 October 2014

Today was a day full of good choices. The was free dried bread with avocado and mozzarella in the cafeteria today and although I had planned to only eat the stew today, I took one -just one ;)- and it was soooo delicious.

I did not have any FREE alcohol today (There was wine and beer)

I was feeling really hungry and had an hour of time to kill. There was a McDonald's lots of bakeries, Dunkin Donuts (♡) and KFC and I decided to have a tasty small bulgur salad :)

You did much better than I would have! I would have had the bakeries and Dunkin Donuts, probably not the McDonalds and KFC; but either way, my next exercise session would be torture, burning off the excess calories. Now, the bread with avo and mozzarella definitely sounds delicious!

Avocado is a gift from the gods :D Haha I love German baked goods, Dunkin' Donuts and KFC^^ so I'm kinda proud of myself^^

.... well... I guess for me the way I eat is better because I can have anything I want, just in smaller portions, or on my cheat day :)
