Feeling really out of it today... but I did walk not as far as I would like to have but I walked. Hope its just from being a slug this weekend and once I start walking again I will some energy. Making sure to take my multi vitamin and drinking lots water. Tomorrow going to try and walk further, although the dogs aren't going with. They are getting so old and it is me dragging them towards the end.

I think we both had one of those weekends, so that makes Monday even tougher!

it's tough to get started or even to think about but today i made myself go for a walk (5 miles again!) even though it was snowing and all i wanted to do was crawl back in bed. within two minutes of being on the trail i felt happier. but i totally understand how you're feeling :)

Lori,I'm confused...Your low carb hot chicken...is that one serving being 3 cups chicken and 2 cups cheese etc...this should be at least a 3-4 serving meal.If your eating this as 1 serving you are eating 2 x's your cheese for the day in 1 meal.Notice the calorie breakdown and its almost all fats and protein. Thats ok for one serving but you need some veggies in there to.Too much protein will make you tired.

Weirdangel - At at least you don't have to walk my dog - he pulls me for the first mile and I carry him for the second. Fortunately, he only weighs 17 lbs. PS - we know who cooked the salad so we know you had to eat it.
