Down another pound after the weekend, and boy was it earned. Went to the gym both days. Saturday we took our son to the pumpkin patch and by the time we were done with all of the activities it was about 7:30 and we were starving. Nonetheless, when we went to Publix to get things to make for dinner my husband chose a fresh ready to bake chicken cordon bleu and got some fingerling potatoes to roast, and I stuck with it and made a grilled shrimp spinach salad. I did have a small slice of baguette with it, but even accounting for that I was still below my RDI. Then yesterday we went to a fall festival where my little one got a TON of candy, then went to a football party where there was pulled pork and tacos and I ate-none of it. Not one bite. I think that's the trick. If you "just a taste" something, you're either going to "just a taste" something else, or eat more of the first thing you ate. Squat challenge is going well. Still looking for that calorie free wine, however. ;)
